Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs (HCP)
Description
A program of El Paso County Public Health, HCP supports families with children with special health care needs ages birth to 21. HCP provides coordination of the child’s medical services, connection to specialty clinics and support groups, information on possible financial assistance sources, and referrals to community organizations that can provide helpful services. There are no specific diagnosis or income restrictions for this program. HCP works with any family that is struggling with their child’s medical condition.
