Description
Our mission is to improve the lives of people living with mood disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety, PTSD). Free weekly self-help support groups specifically for adults, young adults, teens 15+, women, veterans, seniors, survivors of sexual assault, and family and friends (caregivers) offered at three locations. Also, Resource Center and free lending library available.
